SUNBRITETV ONLINE 3RD PARTY MARKETPLACE RESELLER POLICY

 

Effective as of October 24, 2016, SunBriteTV, LLC has established a new 3rd Party Marketplace Reseller Policy for SunBriteTV branded products. The policy applies to all dealers and distributors.

 

The 3rd Party Marketplace Reseller Policy shall work under the following guidelines:

1. SunBriteTV authorized resellers may not sell SunBriteTV-branded product through online 3rd Party Marketplaces. This includes (but is not limited to) Amazon.com and ebay.com.
2. This policy does not apply to non-marketplace websites that are owned and operated by authorized SunBriteTV resellers.
3. Recertified/refurbished products may be sold on 3rd party marketplaces; however this must be clearly stated in the advertisement. At all points in the promotional process, the terms “recertified” or “reconditioned unit” must be included with the model number and price.
4. Intentional and/or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of dealership or distributorship. SunBriteTV is not required provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking action under this policy.
