Does the dust cover fit if the TV is mounted (suspended) from ceiling via a pole mount? That is, does the cover have a slit or opening to accommodate the interference from a rear mount? Also, does the cover fit if there is a soundbar speaker attached?

Yes, the dust cover will fit with a SunBrite outdoor ceiling mount or outdoor wall mount attached. If you look at the dust cover product images, you should find a rear view image showing the cutaway area that accommodates Sunbrite mounts and stands.
And yes, the dust cover will cover both the TV and dust cover with the SunBrite soundbar attached. Thanks for your questions!
